We avoid standing still, which is why we – and the Hotel Alpina – are constantly evolving. Whether it’s minor improvements, major refurbishments or staff training, not a year goes by without us adapting and optimising something at the 4*s Wellness Resort Alpina. Our mission is to provide a place of retreat, tranquillity and comfort, where you can unwind whilst we surprise and pamper you, and where we can always welcome you with open arms.

Andreas Gruber
The hotel manager is always happy to help. Whether you’re looking for hiking or cycling tips, ideas for day trips in the region or a drink recommendation at the bar, Andreas Gruber is always happy to assist. Music and his five grandchildren are his great passions; with a bit of luck, you might hear him at one of our live music evenings, as he loves to join in with our musicians.
Barbara Gruber
The hotel’s administrative manager takes care of the behind-the-scenes work at the Alpina. You’ll often see Barbara at reception, out cycling in the local area, or spending time with her five grandchildren.
Sarah Gruber
The creative force behind the Alpina is responsible for (almost) every booking. She makes sure you get your preferred room and even discover a little surprise now and then. If you have a very special request, Sarah will do her utmost to turn your holiday at the Alpina into a dream holiday. You’ll actually see Sarah dashing about all over the hotel, whenever she’s not looking after her little Mario and big Tobi.
Lisa Schieder and her family
Lisa will pamper you from head to toe. She is your first point of contact in the beauty department for all matters relating to beauty and wellbeing. You’ll see her husband Basti at the hotel, as he looks after the building services and all the repair work, big and small.
